Clearer ADHD medication titration for adults and clinicians.

Patient guide

Why the app asks about more than medication

ADHD medication tracking is easier to understand when the rest of the day is not invisible. Sleep, stress, food, hydration, hormones, illness, pain, caffeine, alcohol, and routine changes can all affect focus, energy, mood, appetite, and side effects.

How to use these guides

Context helps you describe the day, not diagnose it

Titrio Focus does not decide what caused a difficult day or tell you to change your medication. These pages explain why the optional context questions exist, so your notes can support a clearer conversation with your prescriber, GP, pharmacist, or another qualified healthcare professional.

A simple way to think about it

If medication felt unusually helpful, unusually flat, shorter lasting, or harder to tolerate, the app lets you note what else was going on. One note will not prove a cause. A few weeks of notes may help you spot useful questions for your next review.

Keep the app and the guide separate

Use the app to record your own notes. Use these pages to understand why those notes may be useful to discuss.
