This policy explains how we handle information in the Titrio Focus app and information submitted through the Titrio Focus website, including contact, clinic interest, demo and support forms.

Titrio Focus is a self-tracking and review preparation tool for adults already prescribed ADHD medication. It does not diagnose ADHD, prescribe medication, interpret readings, recommend dose changes or replace professional medical advice.

The app is designed for personal record keeping. Medication notes, check-ins, health readings and reflections entered in the app are stored on your device unless you choose to export or share them.

App information is used to show your own records back to you, support check-ins, prepare review summaries and help you export information if you choose to do so.

Titrio Focus does not use your medication or health entries to diagnose, prescribe, recommend medication changes, make clinical decisions or provide emergency support.

The current app does not require an account or sign-in. We do not sell your app information.

You control whether to export or share your records. If you export a summary or share information with a clinician, prescriber, pharmacist, family member or another person, that sharing is your choice and will be handled by the app, service or person you share it with.

Please review exported information before sending it. Do not use Titrio Focus for urgent medical concerns or emergencies.

Website forms are for product enquiries and early-access interest. They are not a route for medical advice, prescribing support, urgent clinical questions or emergency help.

Please do not include urgent medical information, detailed clinical records, medication instructions, adverse event reports, or anything that needs a clinical response. Contact your prescriber, GP, pharmacist, specialist ADHD service or emergency services directly where appropriate.

We usually process enquiry information because it is in our legitimate interests to respond to enquiries, manage early access interest and develop Titrio Focus responsibly.

Where processing is needed before entering into a contract, we may rely on contract steps. Where the law requires us to keep certain records, we may rely on legal obligation. If we later ask for consent for optional marketing, you will be able to withdraw it.

We usually keep website enquiry information for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is needed for legal, regulatory, security, accounting or dispute-resolution reasons.

Early-access and clinic-interest records may be reviewed sooner and deleted when they are no longer needed for product development, beta access, clinic discussions or business administration.

We may use trusted service providers to host the website, deliver form emails, manage email replies, provide analytics where enabled, protect the website and maintain business records.

Processor categories may include website hosting, serverless form handling, email delivery, email account, analytics, spam protection, security, customer relationship management and business administration providers.

We do not sell your enquiry information.

The website may use essential cookies or similar technologies needed for security, performance and normal website operation.

If analytics are added, they should be configured to avoid collecting medication notes, health readings or sensitive clinical details. Any non-essential cookies or analytics will be explained in an updated notice where required.

Some service providers may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, appropriate safeguards should be used, such as adequacy regulations or approved contractual protections.

Website enquiry, email, analytics, security and business administration providers may process limited website or support information outside the UK where appropriate safeguards are in place.

Under UK data protection law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to use of your personal information, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect enquiry information. No website, email system or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Titrio Focus helps adults prescribed ADHD medication record daily experiences, health checks, side-effect notes and review questions. Website enquiry forms are kept separate from medication and health records you enter in the app.

Work Wise ADHD education enquiries and Titrio Focus product enquiries should be handled appropriately for the route a user chooses, unless sharing is necessary for legal, safety or business administration reasons.

Medication and health information can be sensitive. Keep your device secure, review any export before sharing it and contact your clinician or emergency services directly where appropriate.
