Titrio Focus helps ADHD clinics, prescribers and medication review teams gather clearer patient-reported information before appointments. Patients are guided to record medication routine, side effects, sleep, appetite, functioning, weekly readings and questions in a consistent format, so reviews are less reliant on memory alone.
Patient workspaces are issued by authorised clinic staff and reviewed behind protected clinic sign-in. Titrio Focus supports preparation and continuity; it does not replace clinical records, prescribing judgement or local monitoring protocols.

For patients
Patients use the secure link issued by their clinic to prepare information between appointments. Each link is separate, time-limited and connected to one review period.
If a patient has not received a secure link, they should contact the clinic rather than completing a public form.
Clinic creates the workspace
Staff create a secure link for one patient and one 12-week review period, rather than sending generic forms or old PDF copies.
Patient adds their own notes
The patient records medication routine, side effects, sleep, appetite, mood, functioning, weekly readings and questions in one place.
Clinic reviews the summary
After consent and submission, staff can open a neutral patient-entered summary to support a more focused review conversation.

Clinical and legal boundary
Titrio Focus for Clinics organises patient-entered review preparation. It does not diagnose ADHD, prescribe, recommend dose changes, interpret readings, provide monitoring, triage risk or replace clinical judgement. Clinical decisions remain with the qualified clinician or service.
