When to seek urgent help during ADHD medication titration

Most questions during titration can wait until your next planned review or a message to your prescriber.

Seek urgent medical help if you feel seriously unwell, unsafe, or worried about symptoms that feel severe or unusual for you.

In the UK

  • Use NHS 111 for urgent medical advice.
  • Call 999 in an emergency.
  • Contact your prescriber, GP, pharmacist, or specialist ADHD service if you are unsure what to do.
  • If you are worried you might harm yourself or someone else, seek urgent help immediately.

Titrio Focus cannot assess symptoms, readings, side effects, or emergencies. It helps you record information, but it does not replace medical care.

Do not wait for an app or website to tell you what to do if you feel unsafe or seriously unwell.

Safety note

This guide is for general information only. It does not replace advice from your prescriber, GP, pharmacist or specialist ADHD service. Do not change your medication, dose or timing without speaking to your prescriber.
